So Kenli was so extremely excited to go hunting this year and there was absolutely no talking her out of going. I think it was better than Christmas for her. She only slept about a total of 2 hours the night before and was asking the entire time if it was time to going hunting yet. They came across this deer first thing opening more and that was that! Kenli couldn't wait to tell me that her dad had shot a HUGE deer (in her words). I think we could have a major problem on our hands....oh well, gotta love it!
Kenli and her new Job!
So this weekend we went Deer Hunting and Justin needed to put new tires on the Hunting truck to get it ready. Well Kenli has an obsession with helping her dad whenever he is working and this was no exception. I was shocked at how she actually knew how to put the lug nuts on and then use the tool to tighten them. She thought this was pretty awesome...and so did her Dad!
I honestly can't believe how fast these little buggers grow. Ridge is doing something new everyday and I am finding it very hard to keep up with him and Kenli. He has just started army crawling and man is this kid quick. I love anticipating the next new thing!
Justin and I have been married for 7.5 years now and can't believe this much time has passed. We are finally feeling settled after 7.5 years, 2 kids, 4 cities, 5 moves, and lots of jobs. We are so grateful for all of the blessings we've been given.
11/22/10- 2 weeks after Kenli had her tonsils out. Mom-" Kenli you are so skinny and little now." Kenli-"I know Mom, that's because I melted."
4/10/10- Kenli says to me, "Mom, we need to go see How to Potty Your Dragon."
10/3/09- Kenli got a balloon at the store and when we walked outside I told her not to let it go because it would fly into the sky to heaven. She paused for a moment and then said, "It's ok mom, Jesus will just push it back down"! 10/23/09- Kenli was talking to Grandma about Halloween and said," I don't want to see any witches because they will scare me out of crap"!
